Agreement to Terms

By accessing dinverasio.com or using our business registration documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Dinverasio provides business registration documentation preparation and organization services in Ghana, including:

• Document preparation for Registrar General's Department registration
• TIN acquisition paperwork
• SSNIT employer registration documentation
• Business permit and license application preparation
• File organization and accompaniment through registration processes

Scope of Services

Our services are limited to document preparation and file organization. We do not:

• Act as your legal representative
• Provide legal advice
• Sign documents on your behalf
• Make legal decisions for you
• Practice law or provide legal services

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Supplying required documents in a timely manner
• Reviewing all prepared documents before submission
• Signing and submitting documents yourself
• Paying applicable government fees
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined based on the scope of documentation required. Payment terms will be communicated before service commencement. Government fees for registration and licensing are separate and paid directly by you to relevant authorities.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your business information and personal documents. Information is only shared with government agencies as required for registration purposes or as required by law.

No Guarantee of Approval

While we prepare documentation according to requirements, we cannot guarantee approval by government agencies. Registration decisions are made solely by relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Dinverasio is not liable for delays or rejections by government agencies, errors in information you provide, or consequences of decisions made by you regarding your business.

Intellectual Property

All content on dinverasio.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for services already provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
